Job description

Hello Network, we currently have another new job opening for a electrical superintendent to be based in North Carolina working on largscale commercial and industrial projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Superintendent to oversee the execution of industrial and commercial construction projects across North and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor progress and quality, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and reporting for project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to align field activities with project goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, logs, and change orders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and project sequencing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel across North and South Carolina as needed.
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.

    • Preferred Experience

  • Projects involving manufacturing facilities, data centers, or large-scale commercial builds.
  • Experience working with union and non-union labor.
  • Familiarity with lean construction practices and quality control systems.
