We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor / Manager to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction or manufacturing industries and a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes. You will play a key role in overseeing AR operations, managing a team, and driving efficiencies in reporting and billing.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the accounts receivable team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
• Manage commercial collections activities to maintain timely payments and reduce outstanding balances.
• Supervise cash application processes to ensure proper allocation and reconciliation of payments.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding receivables and address overdue accounts.
• Oversee billing functions to ensure invoices are processed and distributed promptly.
• Implement and enhance organizational systems and metrics reporting to improve AR performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AR workflows and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards throughout the AR processes.
