Key Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of current mortgage processing procedures and perform necessary verifications

Organize documentation and prepare applications for submission to underwriting

Ensure compliance with investor and legal guidelines while performing related data entry tasks

Required Qualifications

Processing experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience using Encompass preferred

Strong mathematical and judgment skills
