SERVPRO Team Fletcher is hiring a Mitigation Job File Coordinator! The mitigation process involves helping business or homeowners whose structures have been damaged by storms, water, fire, mold and other causes through the process of clean up and removal / replacement of unsalvageable materials. Our goal is to make it Like It Never Even Happened! This office-based position needs a person who loves to help customers and is knowledgeable in construction / damage restoration processes or property insurance processes. The Job File Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 7 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m., Monday-Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon business needs. This position also requires the ability to perform on-call duties on a rotational basis during after-hours and weekends. This position also requires the ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
