The successful applicant will have at least 10+ years of experience, experience in the superintendent role, experience in at least one Data Center Mission Critical, ground up work experience, work with projects over $25 million, be good with technology, and have leadership skills.

$160,000- $260,000 depending on experience, sign on bonus, health care benefits, lucrative bonuses, car allowance, 401K match, negotiable PTO, paid sabbatical every five years and up to 10k bonus, community involvement, gas reimbursement, exciting projects, lead diverse groups.
