About the Role

We are hiring a

Licensed Psychologist (LP)   to conduct

comprehensive diagnostic evaluations   for children with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental differences. This role is perfect for a clinician who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Administer autism and developmental assessments using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, CARS, or DISCO
• Deliver diagnostic results to families with clarity and compassion
• Prepare thorough written reports within 7 days of each assessment
• Provide follow-up guidance to help families navigate next steps
• Serve as a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP) in accordance with NC Medicaid requirements
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated, whole-child care
• Support audit readiness and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and uphold the highest ethical standards

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or related discipline Active LP or LPA license in North Carolina Experience conducting autism evaluations using standardized diagnostic tools Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and interpersonal communication Ability to work effectively and compassionately within a team Prior clinic-based experience preferred but not mandatory
