Description :

As a Loader at Arcadia Beverage, you will be responsible for loading our quality products onto trucks for local and national distribution. This role is crucial in ensuring that the correct pallets are accurately loaded and dispatched to their designated locations.

We are currently seeking two enthusiastic Forklift Operators to join our :

• "A Shift" : Sunday through Tuesday 7am - 6 : 30pm and Wednesday's from 7am - 1pm.
• "B Shift" : Wednesday's from 12pm to 6 : 30pm and Thursday through Saturday 7am - 6 : 30pm.

Requirements : What You’ll Do :

Operate a forklift to load trucks with pallets staged throughout the warehouse.

Remove product from coolers. (temperature 38 degrees)

Check expiration dates on products, count cases and / or pallets.

Ensure product is not damaged.

Use the bar scanning system on all products.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions

Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing the requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team.

Minimum of one year of forklift experience.

Can work in a steady and fast paced environment.

Manufacturing experience a plus.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.

Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift / move up to 50 pounds.
