About The Position

Job Title : CT Technologist

Hours per Shift : 36 hours per week

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have : Ability to perform CT and X-ray procedures

Description :

Candidates must be able to perform X-rays and CT procedures in the emergency department, as well as portable work on the floors and in critical care units, operating room, and post-anesthesia care area as needed.

Experience with XIM software and various X-ray equipment is required.

All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Licensure and certification requirements include ARRT and BLS.

The training program includes orientation with a designated preceptor who will provide guidance until the candidate feels competent.

Candidates will begin working independently following the orientation period.

Flexibility in working hours is essential, as shifts may start at either 8 PM or 9 PM during the week.

Weekend shifts will be from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Night technicians are expected to work a schedule of seven consecutive nights followed by seven nights off.

Candidates must be proficient in both CT and X-ray technologies.
