• Night Shift\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.\n
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n
• Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.\n
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.\n
• Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of Delaware.\n
• Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role is preferred.\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.\n
