If so, this unique opportunity might be for you.

We are looking for a Spiritual Guide to support the Life Connections Program in Aliceville, Alabama. This part-time position involves delivering faith-based guidance and practical life skills to adult participants within a correctional setting.

You will provide up to 20 hours of classroom instruction weekly, working Monday to Thursday, 5 hours per day. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required, as determined by the Program Manager.

This is a part -time , 1099 vacancy.

Contract : TBD, 29.5 hrs. per week

Please note : any qualified candidates selected for an interview will be asked to provide applicable supporting documents, i.e. photocopies of degree(s) or transcripts, copies of certifications, ordination certificates, etc.

Position contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver faith-based instruction and life skills training in a classroom setting.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and other staff to develop the program and monitor participants’ progress.
• Engage with individuals from various faith backgrounds, ensuring inclusive support.
• Attend all required training sessions by the Bureau of Prisons.
• Participate in relevant team and program-related meetings.
