Salesforce UX is seeking a strategic and detail oriented Senior Designer to support a growing team in shaping all AI experiences across our platform teams. This role is critical in driving coherence and quality across a fast-evolving portfolio of AI-powered features. You will play a key role in executing on our roadmap, by looking holistically across all AI initiatives to identify redundancies, align on shared patterns, and deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Lead Designers to design and scale AI-driven experiences across all surfaces (Desktop, Mobile, Messaging, etc.) and user journeys.
• Look across all AI workstreams on platform-aligned with our V2MOM priorities to identify overlapping efforts, streamline user flows, and improve design quality.
• Design clear, accessible, and consistent UX patterns that support AI features and make complex functionality approachable.
• Translate abstract AI capabilities and concepts into purposeful, user-centered design solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve our AI design system and pattern libraries (cross-cloud effort) to support cross-functional consistency.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and content teams to bring designs to life and ensure they meet user and business goals.
• Help guide design critiques, user testing, and iteration cycle to validate and refine AI solutions.
