Sous Chef Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience , with at least 1 year as a Sous ChefBackground in high-volume, high-pressure kitchensStrong leadership and team coaching skillsExcellent communication and guest-service mindsetDetail-oriented and organized, with high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and presentationSous Chef Responsibilities :
Lead, coach, and mentor BOH teamEnsure a clean, organized, and well-maintained kitchen at all timesMaintain strict quality control over food consistency and plate presentationEnforce punctuality and uphold company policies
