Position Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in preparing large volumes of high-quality meals in a commercial kitchen.
  • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

    • Job Duties :

  • Prepare meals according to menus using approved substitutions and standardized recipes.
  • Prepare meals for therapeutic diets according to planned menus.
  • Meet meal schedules; prepare food in timely manner.
  • Ability to cooperate and work well with co-workers.

    • Schedule :

  • Shift Differential for nights and weekends.
  • Must work every other weekend and every other Holiday.
