Job Title : Production Planer - Pembroke Hub

FLSA Status : Exempt

Reports to : Operations Manager

As a Production Planner , you will be an integral part of the production team, working closely with purchasing, the production team, and freight suppliers. You will take a leadership role in managing and optimizing work orders coming from customer plants, ensuring the seamless flow of work and materials through our manufacturing process, and managing the outflow of material through packaging and final shipping. You will play a major role in verifying the accuracy of the orders, optimizing the production schedule, while making sure raw material inventory is adequate. In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist the buyer in procuring direct and in working with accounts payable for the accounting of month end material inventory. As a Quality Assurance professional , you will institutionalize the quality control systematic processes and testing methods to assure quality part build throughout the manufacturing process. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record, strong attention to detail, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
