As Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing supervision of plant team members in the daily attainment of scheduled production plans for each assigned area (i.e. box culvert, pre-stress, pipe and wet cast). The production supervisor works together with plant manager, sales, engineering, production scheduler and production team members to schedule and produce product to meet specifications and customer expectations.
