Operations Manager – (Norton, OH)
Compensation : $75,000 – $90,000 annually

As an Operations Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in leading one of their two Ohio locations, based primarily at the Norton facility (4953 W. Wooster Rd, Norton, OH). Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of skilled field technicians, and ensure an exceptional experience for both residential and commercial customers.
How You’ll Drive Impact
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the on-site operational leader ensuring daily efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. You’ll guide your team, streamline processes, and help shape the next phase of this company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and project execution.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Pool Technicians.
Maintain high standards of service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Provide hands-on support for service and warranty-related issues.
Partner with leadership to implement business strategies and process improvements.
Manage inventory, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of field staff.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Build strong relationships with customers and foster teamwork on-site.
About You
You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You take pride in building structure, developing people, and maintaining strong customer relationships—all while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent management experience.
3–5 years of leadership experience in service, construction, or field operations.
Proven ability to lead and support field service teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Understanding of customer service and warranty processes.
Collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Valid state driver’s license required.
