We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop to join our BI team. This role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, designing robust RPA workflows, and deploying solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy across the organization. Experience automating Finance-related processes is highly desired.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business units—especially Finance—to gather automation requirements and identify opportunities to streamline recurring manual tasks.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, particularly within Finance operations.
• Create reusable components and standardize RPA design patterns for scalability and maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain RPA solutions post-deployment, addressing exceptions and making enhancements as needed.
• Document process flows, technical design, and user guides for deployed automations.
• Integrate Power Automate Desktop with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Dataverse) and third-party systems.
• Provide training and support to citizen developers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure governance, data protection, and compliance with automation standards.

Required Qualifications :

Remote : US only roles

The anticipated base salary range in the United States is $96,000 to $120,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
