Bilingual Operations Manager

Overview

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a dynamic, Mandarin-speaking bilingual General Manager to lead the U.S. operations of a growing construction and facilities engineering company specializing in semiconductor projects. This strategic leadership role is ideal for someone with experience in semiconductor-related procurement, project coordination, or technical sales who can drive business operations, build consensus with upstream partners, and establish an effective cross-border structure between the U.S. and Taiwan teams.

Position : Bilingual General Manager

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire

Start Date : October / November 2025 (or sooner)

Work Hours : Monday-Friday 9A-6P

Salary : 80K-100K DOE

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage U.S. operations, ensuring alignment with the company's semiconductor-focused business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with TSMC subcontractors and partners to drive project execution and long-term growth.
• Oversee procurement or sales processes related to semiconductor plant operations (fab utility systems).
• Work with internal stakeholders and upstream partners to establish strong operational structures and gain consensus on technical and business needs.
• Act as the key decision-maker on-site, managing initial and ongoing project needs after contracts are secured.
• Prepare for the eventual integration of engineering and piping personnel from Taiwan to the U.S.
• Interface with both local and overseas teams, aligning U.S. operations with the company's global objectives.
• Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and cultural fluency in both Taiwanese and U.S. business environments.
