Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 Special Education teaching opportunity is available for a motivated professional seeking to support diverse learners across multiple SPED needs. Location : Positions may be available at Cromwell or Manchester locations in Connecticut, with final placement based on assessment of the candidates strengths and experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs across multiple special education categories.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct ongoing evaluations to identify student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain prehensive documentation and municate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators.
• Support inclusive classroom environments and advocate for student success and accessibility.
