We are currently seeking a goal-oriented and strategic Capture Manager for a 100% remote position to drive new business opportunities within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its sub-agencies, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This position is ideal for a savvy Capture professional with deep market knowledge, strong networks, and a proven ability to lead winning pursuits in federal healthcare IT. The selected candidate will develop and execute strategies that expand VetsEZ's footprint across HHS programs focused on digital transformation, interoperability, data analytics, and cloud modernization.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities :

• Lead full lifecycle capture efforts targeting HHS and related civilian health agencies.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with HHS mission goals and modernization priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with federal executives, program managers, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal delivery, solution, and proposal teams to shape tailored, high-impact solutions.
• Manage capture planning, resource coordination, and strategic reviews to ensure effective execution.
• Support proposal development and writing, ensuring alignment with customer needs and win themes.
• Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
• Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
