Job Type : Full-Time | On-site with local travel

Salary Range : $130,000 – $160,000 (Base + Bonus)

Reporting To : President Role Summary :

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry to manage up to $3M in annual projects . Ideal candidate is locally based , hands-on, and ready to step into a senior leadership role as a future pillar of the company.

Responsibilities :

Manage commercial projects from award through closeout

Produce submittals and coordinate purchasing

Collaborate with union installers and in-house rework shop

Conduct job site visits (1–2x weekly)

Assist with estimating on a limited basis

Engage with clients and potentially bring in new business

Requirements :

5–10+ years in doors, frames, and hardware (DFH)

Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects

Comfortable in a fast-paced, small company environment

Excellent client communication and on-site presence

Local candidates strongly preferred

Tools Used : SpecWorks (hardware)

FileMaker (submittals)

No current formal PM software

Compensation Structure :

Target range : $130K–$160K (Base + Bonus)

Structure may be adjusted based on experience and value brought
