About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler specialising in Public Health to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing complex Building Information Models for public health infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient design and coordination of MEP systems.

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for public health projects using advanced software such as Revit and Navisworks
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEP systems and resolve design conflicts
• Perform clash detection and generate comprehensive clash reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimise design solutions
• Participate in client meetings to present BIM models and address technical queries
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices in public health engineering
