POSITION DESCRIPTION : Technology Support Staff

Immediate Supervisor : Building Administrator

Qualifications :

Possess strong knowledge of computers, technology and networks. Excellent problem-

solving and communication skills. Experience with Windows operating systems and

• applications, productivity and educational software; online software applications;

antivirus and security software; Internet and Email. Knowledge of how networks

function and the ability to diagnose and resolve problems. Ability to work independently

to stay on task, multi-task, and take responsibility to complete assigned projects and

duties in a timely and efficient manner. Willingness to stay current with ever-changing

technology hardware and software.

WORK YEAR : Full-time School year

BENEFITS : As negotiated by the Secretary Union of Leominster Public Schools

STARTING PAY : $22.94

Physical Demands : Light to medium physical effort is generally required in performing duties in this office

environment. This position requires the ability to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment at

efficient speed and for lengthy periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without restrictions.
