Overview Experienced Graphic Designer role at Diversified Hospitality Solutions. We are seeking an experienced Designer to join our established hotel amenities / cosmetics business, responsible for creating, editing, proofing and collaborating with our graphic design team, sales team, and creative director with a focus on cosmetics package design and multiple consumer touchpoints.

What You’ll Do Packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, etc.

Ensure brand guidelines and directives are utilized consistently and creatively.

Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.

Be accountable for excellent, accurate detail and timely execution.

Job Qualifications BA / BS in Graphic Design or similar field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience

Ability to collaborate with other designers on multiple projects in process

Time management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design delivery

Strong design mastery with an eye for balance and proportion

Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices

Comfortable giving and receiving feedback

Outstanding listening skills with ability to understand and anticipate the needs of customers and decision makers

Flexibility in an environment of constant change

Expertise in the latest graphics programs : Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
