Business Immigration Attorney

Wildes & Weinberg, P.C., a prestigious immigration law firm headquartered in New York City, is looking to fill a Business Immigration Attorney position within our Talent Visa Team in our Englewood, NJ office.

Responsibilities

Support Partners and Senior Associates in a wide array of immigration processes across various business case types, with a focus on O-1 / EB-1 visas. Prepare petitions for filing and assist with consular appointment scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the bar of any state.
• Candidate with 2+ years of experience in the immigration field, particularly with O-1 visas.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
