Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Next Level Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives. The Next Level Support Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and efficiently. The candidate will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional call center environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
