Vice President Of Solution Delivery
The Vice President of Solution Delivery is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of solution delivery across enGen platform, products, and services, including affiliation implementations, new external customer implementations, and ongoing support for existing external customers. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Highmark, enGen, and the broader healthcare market, as well as exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of successful project execution. The VP of Solution Delivery will lead a diverse team, manage complex projects, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive enGen's growth and success.

Required : Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology)

Experience
Minimum : 10 years of progressive leadership experience in solution delivery, implementation, or project management within the healthcare industry.
Understanding of health plan operations, including claims processing, enrollment, billing, and customer service.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships.
Preferred : Specific experience with core administrative platforms (e.g., enGen CAP, HealthEdge Facets, QNXT, HealthRules) and their implementation
Specific experience with Clinical platforms (e.g., Predictal, JIVA, Guiding Care, Care Radius and their implementation

Pay Range Minimum : $170,000.00 Pay Range Maximum : $352,500.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
