Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced business analysis for complex hardware and software projects supporting mainframe transformation

Gather, develop, and document detailed business and technical requirements

Create, manage, and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and outcomes

Required Qualifications

10+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects

10+ years of hands-on experience in requirements elicitation and technical documentation

10+ years of experience facilitating interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams

10+ years of strong analytical experience in assessing production support issues

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
