Accounts Receivable Director

Position Overview :

A high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced AR Director to oversee credit, collections, and accounts receivable operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in process improvement and systems optimization, with proven success leading both onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead credit, collections, and cash application functions with a focus on reducing DSO and bad debt
• Evaluate team structure and performance; implement process improvements and best practices
• Develop and manage KPI dashboards; ensure data integrity and accurate GL reconciliation
• Identify trends in collections activity and implement strategies to improve outcomes
• Ensure accurate daily posting of cash receipts with minimal delinquency
• Create and maintain SOPs for AR operations across global teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
• Oversee AR month-end close and deliver accurate, timely reporting
• Support audits and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed
• Train, coach, and equip teams with tools to succeed
