Your Role

As an Offset Second Press Operator , youll play a vital role in our printing operations, collaborating closely with the Offset First Press Operator to ensure seamless setups, efficient production, and top-notch quality control. Your focus on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction will be key to success.

Work-Life Balance

Enjoy a compressed work schedule designed for flexibility and balance :

• 3 to 4 shifts per week (12-hour shifts : 7 a.m. 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. 7 a.m. )
• Includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Overtime available and compensated beyond 40 hours per week
• Work just 182 days a year while maintaining full-time status!

The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to : education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base wage, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials.
