Position Overview
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for a full-time, onsite position. The educator will provide specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments while collaborating closely with staff and families to ensure equal access to the curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative services to students with visual impairments

• Conduct functional vision assessments and contribute to IEP development

• Adapt instructional materials and ensure accessible formats

• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families

• Track progress and maintain detailed documentation

Requirements

• Active Texas Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) certification (required)

• Strong understanding of assistive technology and Braille

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $38$45/hour

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
