Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support growth strategy and setup of manufacturing in German production facilities, including inventory accounting

Execute the month-end close process according to US-GAAP and prepare local GAAP financial statements

Spearhead ERP transition and support mergers between German entities, focusing on process integration

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall accounting experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment

Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Experience in post-merger integration projects or larger transformation initiatives

Experience in SOX control documentation / execution

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with large volumes of transactional data
