We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating project schedules, ensuring milestones are met across all phases of construction. You will collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, and Subcontractors to keep schedules updated and projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain project schedules and the Capacity Overview.
• Track progress, identify delays, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to align with General Contractor schedules.
• Manage risks and document schedule updates, changes, and delays.
