RELATIONSHIPS :

Interfaces To : Executive staff, all employees, callers, vendors and customers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
• Booking meetings and handling scheduling (internal and external)
• Handling mailing, shipping, packages, and deliveries when needed
• Assist with check receipt, validation, and deposit process
• Manage the electronic cataloging and notification of paper correspondence on Legal and collection-related items including, but not limited to, medical records, summary plan descriptions, etc.
• Assists other departments with tasks / projects as assigned
• Ability to work independently and assist in resolving problems / issues as they occur
• Ability to be an adaptable team-player taking an active role in ensuring the completion of projects by performing whatever duties are necessary to meet timelines and secure results
• Prior Healthcare / Revenue Cycle experience is not required but is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Other office related duties as assigned (inventory management, managing of contracts, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS : REQUIRED :

Education : High school diploma or GED

Experience :
