Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to manage the movement, storage, and tracking of goods in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Location : Newton NC

Pay Range : $18.00 / HR

Shift : 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities :

  • Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods following company procedures.
  • Prepare and package outbound shipments for accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
