Job descriptionDevelop and maintain internal and external websites, ensuring high-quality web development Write clean, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end applications Translate business specifications into effective web-based solutions Test website changes thoroughly and prepare for deployments Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to enhance website performance and SEO Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (applicable experience may substitute) Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end and back-end development Proficient in WordPress development, including custom themes / plugins and PHP Experience with database management / SQL and conversion tracking tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM / marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot Knowledge of SEO best practices and ADA accessibility standards Experience managing outside vendors or agencies Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
