Job descriptionQualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado Experience teaching in a licensed early childhood center (preferred) Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of young children's social, emotional, and cognitive needs Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children $21.00 – $25.00 per hour. $500 salary increase every year you're with us! Plus an annual cost-of-living increase! Medical, dental, and vision insurance — up to 100% employer-covered for the employee Time Off : Paid sick leave in compliance with Colorado law : employees accrue one hour for every 30 hours worked and are trusted to use it as needed for illness, self-care, or caring for loved ones Educators are compensated for the time they spend learning. Up to 50% reduced tuition for employees' children. Position : Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator who believes in the power of play-based learning and constructivist teaching. If you're excited about creating an inclusive, nurturing, and innovative learning environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Your Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will :
- Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning space where children feel inspired to explore and grow.
- Advance intellectual and physical development through hands-on, play-based activities.
- Foster social-emotional growth and provide positive guidance with kindness and empathy.
- Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child’s learning journey.
- Work in well-run, responsive classrooms that adapts to the unique needs of every learner.
- Demonstrate professionalism, modeling lifelong learning and a collaborative spirit.
