Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pompano Beach, FL, for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating positive customer experiences. Daily responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, managing customer interactions, and maintaining professional communication. The representative will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure streamlined customer operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in handling customer interactions and creating positive Customer Experiences
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Previous experience in similar customer-focused roles is preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word and NetSuite
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer relations is a plus
