Key Responsibilities
Lead growth for a dedicated number of important global or enterprise accounts
Set and implement growth strategies for each account while collaborating with various teams
Drive deals across key account portfolios and develop relationships with client partners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise / global account leadership
10+ years of experience in business development with a successful track record
Relevant experience in HR consulting, leadership, and L&D
Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce
Experience in networking and communicating with senior-level stakeholders
