Job description

Deep Cleaning Technician

The deep cleaning technician provides the one-time cleaning of an assigned area. In addition to vacuuming, wiping, sweeping, and scrubbing as necessary, the team member will be part of an elevated work platform crew and may be asked to perform on aerial, scissor, or man lifts after training and fitted for appropriate PPE. Pay : $23.00-$26.00 / Hourly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicants experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • US Person (US Citizen or Legal Resident Alien)
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Customer service experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience in the cleaning industry
  • OSHA MEWP Certification

    • Responsibilities :

  • Deep clean buildings / facilities as directed by team supervision and management
  • Follow procedures for the use of power equipment in order to perform work and prevent damage to floors, walls, and fixtures
  • Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
  • Clean and dust fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment as directed
  • Clean interior partition glass, windows, and glass partitions using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
  • Gather and empty trash, debris, and other defined materials
  • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in break room areas
