- Northpoint is looking for someone in our call center to be a Lead Generation Specialist, to support our sales team and help drive revenue through phone-based outreach.

What You’ll Be Doing :
Overseeing a team of Lead Generators with the following responsibilities- Connecting with Prospects : You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, moving leads through the sales pipeline, and converting inquiries into solid opportunities for our sales team.Generating Leads :
Conduct strategic outreach and research to find new leads, and work your magic to qualify them for the next steps.Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Teams :
Support the sales and digital marketing teams in setting appointments, providing quotes, and managing communication across multiple platforms like social media, email campaigns, and more!Providing Exceptional Service :
Be a customer service champion!Help customers by answering questions, providing product information, and qualifying them for follow-up sales appointments.Building Relationships :
Develop rapport with potential clients over the phone and email, overcoming objections and helping them see how Northpoint can meet their needs.Reporting and CRM Management :
Keep detailed notes on interactions and track all activities in our CRM to ensure the sales team has everything they need to close deals.What We’re Looking For :
Communication Skills : You’re a pro at engaging with people, whether it’s through a phone call, email, or social media.You listen actively, empathize, and communicate clearly.Self-Motivation :
You’re driven to meet targets and work independently, but you know when to collaborate with the team to ensure success.Organizational Skills :
Juggling multiple tasks and keeping things running smoothly is your forte!Sales Experience (Preferred) :
Experience in telesales or sales roles is a plus, but if you’re passionate about sales and ready to learn, we’re happy to train the right candidate!Tech-Savvy :
