Quality Engineer – 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, MN | Onsite

We are hiring a hands-on Quality Engineer to support precision manufacturing operations and help ensure customer quality requirements are met. This role offers the chance to work with advanced tools, diverse custom projects, and a team focused on continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain quality plans and inspection methods
• Lead nonconformance investigations and corrective actions
• Ensure accuracy of measurement and production equipment
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve quality issues

What You Bring

• 4 to 10 years of quality experience in manufacturing and experience with metals
• Strong mechanical inspection and GD&T skills
• Experience leading process improvement
• Clear communication and a hands on mindset
• Ability to work directly on the production floor
• Six Sigma or Lean experience (certification not required)

Bonus Skills

Engineering degree, ASQ certification
