I'm partnering with a global leader in energy storage to find a strategic, hands-on Director of Software Development. What You'll Do :

Lead the Vision : Own and evolve the software strategy, aligning it with business goals and emerging tech.

Build & Grow the Team : Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing group of engineers.

Drive Projects : Oversee development from concept to delivery - ensuring quality, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Partner with Stakeholders : Work closely with leadership, clients, and partners to deliver impactful software solutions.

What You Bring :

• 5+ years leading software teams, with full-stack and embedded firmware experience.
• Strong grasp of UX / UI principles and a passion for building intuitive interfaces.
• Technical expertise in languages like Java, C++, React, Python, Angular, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills - you know how to rally & mentor a team while speaking both tech and business.
