A company is looking for a Virtual Assist Auto Adjuster, Remote (CST / EST).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote inspections by analyzing photos and live videos of vehicles requiring repair

Review and write estimates, create supplements, and handle total losses for various vehicles

Communicate with all parties involved to ensure customer needs are met professionally

Required Qualifications

Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual

Ability to work in a flexible remote environment

Willingness to assist with fieldwork on rare occasions

On-camera presence required for customer assistance and team meetings

Availability to work specific schedules based on business needs
