Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial real estate projects from inception to completion
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in project management, specifically in ground up construction projects.
The Project Manager will assist the Project Lead in ensuring client objectives are met, maintain project quality standards, and develop strong relationships with clients and team members
The position involves monitoring project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in commercial real estate projects
Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills
