We are seeking an Associate Director, People Analytics Insight Partner located in Foster City, CA.

The most adaptive organisms are the ones that effectively absorb and respond to information. To help our organization evolve, we continuously collect, analyze, and distill information about our most important assetour peopleinto insights that drive decisions. From pre-hire to post-termination, we leverage our vast trove of clean data about our 30,000+ workers to answer critical questions like, "Why has turnover gone up in my group?" and "What are the key drivers of employee engagement?".

As a member of our world-class People Analytics team, the Associate Director, Insight Partner has the opportunity to convert global data into answers at scale. You'll contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects that not only advance our company's mission but also challenge your abilities and grow your skills in an innovative science company. You'll get to work alongside a strong team to design approaches for efficiently connecting data, apply diverse methods to uncover hidden patterns, and share data-driven narratives with a wide variety of audiences, including leaders, HR business partners, even the public.

People Leader Accountabilities :

The salary range for this position is : $210,375.00 - $272,250.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
