Key Responsibilities

Produce, test, and scale TikTok / Reels / Shorts / UGC creatives for paid campaigns

Collaborate with creators and influencers to manage production and optimize results

Analyze web / app funnels and understand how creatives impact key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

3+ years in creative production or performance marketing

Proven track record of successful UGC campaigns across various platforms

Experience with B2C subscription-based products, preferably mobile apps

Deep understanding of beauty / skincare trends and visual language

English proficiency B1+
