Job description
We are looking for 2 team members who are ready to start a fun and rewarding job (part time or full time)

About us:
- We're a Childrens Fitness Center that offers fitness & fun classes & parties for children 6 months to 10 years old
- We have a location in McLean and one in Vienna, VA
- We have fun while working hard and making sure children are growing, having a blast and being safe
- We're looking for people who can start working ASAP and who are close (up to 5 miles away to either McLean or Vienna VA)
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (one weekend shift is required)
- Highly energetic & able to play with children and be silly
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics)
- Clean background check
- Completed high school
What do we offer:
- $15 per hour for part-time & $16 for full-time
- Tips and incentives attached to sales & performance
- Upward mobility (clear path that can get you to Management position in 6-12 months with $40,000-50,000 per year to begin with
- Health insurance allowance after initial 6 months for full time employees
- Signing bonus of $240 for full time employees to be paid after the first month of employment
