Job description

Position : Sr. / Director, Quality Assurance

Location : San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Reports To : Vice President, Quality Assurance

Compensation : $210,000-260,000 base salary + annual bonus + stock options

Role Summary :

Responsible for shaping and advancing the organization’s GxP Quality strategy, ensuring excellence across internal operations and external partners, including CROs, CMOs, CTLs, and vendors supporting GxP activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Must have GxP quality experience
Strong experience supporting global GxP regulations
Supporting regulatory inspections

Requirements :

~10 years of industry experience

Prior Quality Systems and SOPs supporting experience

Experience enabling the release of investigational and commercial materials
