Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Planning & Forecasting Products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product and technology initiatives for AI / ML technologies, including developing roadmaps and stakeholder education

Oversee ML-based demand forecasting and other machine learning projects

Build and mentor a team of ML and AI scientists and engineers while designing scalable machine learning systems

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or equivalent quantitative field

8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, and Data Science with a proven track record

3+ years of experience managing a team of applied scientists and ML engineers

Experience in building and deploying ML platforms with explainability and model governance

Strong background in machine learning and deep learning languages and platforms
